Shipping and Handling

United States Orders

For US orders we use USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail (insured) depending on the type of service you select. If you would like us to insure your Priority Mail shipment please email us with this request.

USPS Priority mail service usually delivers in 2-3 days, USPS Express Mail service usually delivers overnight (if order is placed before 11:00am PST).

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours (during business week).

If you need your order by a certain date we recommend USPS Express Mail shipping.

Your shopping cart will display the shipping and handling charge for your order.

Shipping and handling charges apply to all Pirates! Store shipments. This includes items sent by request via more than one parcel or shipment.

Please note that Pirates! Store is not responsible for lost or damaged items resulting from USPS shipping. Shipping times listed are based on United States Postal service estimates. Delivery times may vary.

International Orders

In the unlikely event that an order is delayed or lost due to the postal service, we will file an inquiry form in order to attempt to recover the items. Pirates! Store is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to the postal service. 

Shipping rates vary depending on the country you select. Your shopping cart displays the shipping charge for international orders after you select your country from the drop down list. If your country is not listed please contact us at info@piratesstore.com. Customer is responsible for all duty and tax.

Return Policy

Our return policy depends on the category of item that you order.

PIRATE FLAGS & PIRATE CLOTHES & PIRATE NOVELTY Pirates! Store categories: we provide a 30-day money back guarantee and do not charge a restocking fee. We will accept any item that is categorized under the pirate flags, pirate clothes or pirate novelty category and is unused and undamaged and returned within 30-days of the order date. We do not return shipping or handling fees. If any of the above requirements for return are not met, we will only refund 50% of the purchase price.

 PIRATE GAMES & PIRATE TOYS Pirates! Store categories: we provide a 30-day money back guarantee and do not charge a restocking fee if the item is returned to us in undamaged, unused, and unopened condition. We will accept any item that is categorized under the pirate games or pirate toys category and is unused, undamaged, unopened and returned within 30-days of the order date. We do not return shipping or handling fees. If any of the above requirements for return are not met, we will only refund 50% of the purchase price.

PIRATE COSTUMES Pirates! Store category: items may be returned but are only suitable for a 20% refund without exception. Costumes may not be returned at all if the costume has been worn or portions of the costume are missing. This policy has been enacted due to abuse of costume sales. Pease note that exchanges for different sized costumes of the exact same design and style are not a problem as long as the costume has not been damaged or used. Please note that you will be responsible for any applicable shipping fees.

Our return procedure is simple:

  1. Let us know that you wish to return the item by contacting us using email (info@piratesstore.com). It would be helpful if you would please indicate the reason for the return.

  2. We will provide you with a return address.

For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured Parcel Post for return shipment.

Please note that the aforementioned return policy does not apply to orders of 10 or more items. If an invalid address is provided or the shipment is refused and consequently the order is returned to us, we will treat it as a return.
