Conditions of Use

The Rules of the Ship. By visiting or buying from Pirates! Store, you agree to these Conditions of Use, the policies shown on the site, and the terms displayed during checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Dramatic cloak swishing is optional.

Orders, Prices, and Availability

Placing an order is an offer to buy the selected products. We may accept, refuse, cancel, or limit an order when something looks wrong, unavailable, mispriced, duplicated, suspicious, impossible, or otherwise in need of adult supervision. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion.

We try to keep product descriptions, prices, images, and inventory accurate. Screens differ, humans err, suppliers change things, and reality occasionally moves the furniture. We may correct errors and update information without notice, including after an order is placed.

Accounts and Checkout

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password private. Use a real email address and accurate shipping information. Orders sent to bad addresses can become expensive little lessons.

Permitted Use

Browse, shop, ask questions, and enjoy yourself. Do not use the site for fraud, abuse, scraping, security probing, chargeback theater, malware, impersonation, rights infringement, automated purchasing mischief, or anything that makes us reach for the big administrative lever.

Product Suitability

Read product names, descriptions, sizes, warnings, materials, photos, and options before buying. Costume and accessory sizing is not magic. If a manufacturer provides a warranty, that warranty belongs to the manufacturer unless we say otherwise in writing.

Intellectual Property

The site design, text, images, logos, product presentation, and other content are owned by Pirates! Store or its licensors and suppliers, unless otherwise noted. Do not copy, reuse, scrape, or republish site content without permission.

Disclaimers and Limits

The site and products are provided as described and as available, subject to applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted site access, perfect data, or that every item will transform your destiny. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pirates! Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use or purchases.

Policy Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you use the site or place an order applies to that use or order, unless the law requires otherwise.
