Shipping & returns

Shipping: yes. Returns: let us not get silly. We pack your order, send it on its grand little journey, and hope it arrives with the dignity expected of fine loot. Shipping costs and available methods are shown during checkout based on the order and destination.

Shipping Times

Delivery dates are estimates unless we state a guaranteed date in writing. Carriers, weather, address problems, inventory timing, and fate all have management problems. If an item cannot ship within the time stated at checkout, or within 30 days if no time is stated, we will contact you with the delay and your options. If you do not want to wait, you may cancel the delayed, unshipped item for a refund.

Addresses and Tracking

Use a complete, accurate shipping address. We may provide tracking when available. If a package is returned because the address was wrong, incomplete, refused, or abandoned, we may deduct actual shipping and carrier costs from any refund allowed by law.

No Returns for Change of Mind

All sales are final unless this policy or applicable law says otherwise. We do not accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind, ordered while overexcited, expected the product to change your destiny, disliked the size you selected, missed a costume deadline, or had a sudden personal rebrand. Why would you return treasure? That is how treasure gets trust issues.

Items We Do Not Take Back

Costumes, wigs, hosiery, undergarments, makeup, masks, personal accessories, clearance items, special orders, opened items, worn items, used items, damaged-by-customer items, and items missing packaging or parts are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, wrong, or the law requires a different result.

When We Will Help

If we shipped the wrong item, your order arrived damaged, a product was materially misrepresented, or a required legal remedy applies, contact us promptly before sending anything back. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when damage or wrong items are involved. We are strict, not unreasonable.

Do not send items back without authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to sender, or handled in the least dramatic lawful manner available.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the refund is due to our error, carrier damage handled through us, an unshipped cancellation, or applicable law. Processing times depend on banks, processors, and other institutions with many computers and very little poetry.
