Curiosity Note

A child captain costume gives instant authority to someone who may still need help tying things.

That is part of the charm.

This look is for Halloween, school events, parties, portraits, and play where the wearer needs to command a crew, a hallway, or a candy route.

The outfit tells everyone what role has been claimed.

After that, the captain only needs a map and a suspicious amount of confidence.
